The agreement between you and MyKind — the membership, the table, and what we each promise.
Last updated · 9 June 2026
By applying for or holding a MyKind membership, you agree to these terms. They’re meant to keep every table safe, fair, and worth showing up for.
MyKind is for founders. You must be 18 or older, be actively building or running a company, and pass our review — which begins with a LinkedIn profile check. We may decline or end a membership at our discretion if eligibility can’t be confirmed.
A seat is a commitment to the people counting on you to be there. We ask that you reserve only when you intend to attend, and cancel as early as you can if plans change. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your access to future tables.
Membership depends on trust. You agree to honour our Community Guidelines and Safety practices, to treat fellow members with respect, and to keep what’s shared at the table confidential.
We arrange vetted dinners and do our best to match thoughtfully and verify members, but MyKind is a community, not a guarantee. We don’t provide professional, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice, and we aren’t responsible for the conduct of members or third parties such as restaurants.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end a membership that violates these terms or our guidelines, or where doing so protects the community. Where appropriate, we’ll explain why.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKind’s liability is limited to the membership fees you’ve paid in the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as MyKind grows. We’ll give notice of material changes, and continued membership means you accept the updated terms.
