What we collect, why we collect it, and the care we take with it — written for humans, not just lawyers.

MyKind exists so founders can be honest with one another. That only works if you trust us with your information — so we collect as little as possible and treat what we hold with real care.
When you apply and become a member, we collect what we need to seat you well and run the membership:
We use your information to vet applicants, match tables, arrange reservations, process membership, and keep the community safe. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your founder details with other members beyond a first name and what you choose to say at the table.
Other guests at your table see only your first name and whatever you choose to share in person. We never publish your email, company details, or attendance history to other members.
We share limited information only with the service providers who help us operate — our payment processor and the restaurants holding your reservation (a first name and party size, nothing more). We may disclose information if legally required, and will tell you when we can.
To make any of these requests, write to our teamand we’ll respond promptly.
We keep your information for as long as you’re a member, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it.
This policy is a working draft intended as a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch. Questions? Get in touch.
